VBS Teachers and Volunteers~! I hope everyone is doing well and keeping healthy! ^^
As some of you have seen last Sunday, we have already started our decorations!
Thanks to everyone who has been helping out so far~~ We have got soooo much done!
Are you still itchy to do more decorations? Or have you not even begun and want to help???? ^^
Than you're in luck!!!! We still have a lot more decorations that needs to get done!!!!
Here is a very rough outline of how the decorations for each room is going to be:
Main hallway: Hawaiian Jungle
Parlor: Sunset beach/island
Sunday School hallway: beach
다락방: Under the Sea
Computer room: Surf Shack
Last room: World Missions
Here is the time schedules for this week!:
Wed. (5/28): 12:30pm~9:30pm
Thurs. (5/29): 12:20pm~9:30pm
Fri. (5/30): 12:30pm~7:30pm
Sat. (5/31): 10:30am~6:30pm
Sun. (6/1): 4:00pm~9:30pm
MEETING: Sunday (June 1st) there will be a MANDATORY VBS teacher/volunteer meeting at 4:00pm!!!!!
We will discuss some planning for the VBS and also have a prayer meeting.
Please, please be there! Teachers/Volunteers, decoration time is a wonderful time for all the teachers to really bond with one another and become one heart under Christ.
We plan to have a prayer meeting almost everyday. A time to just set aside and pray for each other and also the VBS children and the VBS in general.
A LOT of help is needed, so even if you can take only a few minutes of your day to come and help out, that would be great! ^^
