사42:5-9

42:5 하늘을 창조하여 펴시고 땅과 그 소산을 내시며 땅 위의 백성에게 호흡을 주시며 땅에 행하는 자에게 영을 주시는 하나님 여호와께서 이같이 말씀하시되
42:6 나 여호와가 의로 너를 불렀은즉 내가 네 손을 잡아 너를 보호하며 너를 세워 백성의 언약과 이방의 빛이 되게 하리니
42:7 네가 눈먼 자들의 눈을 밝히며 갇힌 자를 감옥에서 이끌어 내며 흑암에 앉은 자를 감방에서 나오게 하리라
42:8 나는 여호와이니 이는 내 이름이라 나는 내 영광을 다른 자에게, 내 찬송을 우상에게 주지 아니하리라
42:9 보라 전에 예언한 일이 이미 이루어졌느니라 이제 내가 새 일을 알리노라 그 일이 시작되기 전에라도 너희에게 이르노라

42:5  Thus says God, the LORD, who created the heavens and stretched them out, who spread out the earth and what comes from it, who gives breath to the people on it and spirit to those who walk in it:
42:6  "I am the LORD; I have called you in righteousness; I will take you by the hand and keep you; I will give you as a covenant for the people, a light for the nations,
42:7  to open the eyes that are blind, to bring out the prisoners from the dungeon, from the prison those who sit in darkness.
42:8  I am the LORD; that is my name; my glory I give to no other, nor my praise to carved idols.
42:9  Behold, the former things have come to pass, and new things I now declare; before they spring forth I tell you of them."

요17:22-24

17:22 내게 주신 영광을 내가 그들에게 주었사오니 이는 우리가 하나가 된 것 같이 그들도 하나가 되게 하려 함이니이다
17:23 곧 내가 그들 안에 있고 아버지께서 내 안에 계시어 그들로 온전함을 이루어 하나가 되게 하려 함은 아버지께서 나를 보내신 것과 또 나를 사랑하심 같이 그들도 사랑하신 것을 세상으로 알게 하려 함이로소이다
17:24 아버지여 내게 주신 자도 나 있는 곳에 나와 함께 있어 아버지께서 창세 전부터 나를 사랑하시므로 내게 주신 나의 영광을 그들로 보게 하시기를 원하옵나이다

17:22  The glory that you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one,
17:23  I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me.
17:24  Father, I desire that they also, whom you have given me, may be with me where I am, to see my glory that you have given me because you loved me before the foundation of the world.
