십자가의 도가 멸망하는 자들에게는 미련한 것이요 구원을 받는 우리에게는 하나님의 능력이라

For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

사29:13-14

13 주께서 이르시되 이 백성이 입으로는 나를 가까이 하며 입술로는 나를 공경하나 그들의 마음은 내게서 멀리 떠났나니 그들이 나를 경외함은 사람의 계명으로 가르침을 받았을 뿐이라 14 그러므로 내가 이 백성 중에 기이한 일 곧 기이하고 가장 기이한 일을 다시 행하리니 그들 중에서 지혜자의 지혜가 없어지고 명철자의 총명이 가려지리라

Isaiah 29:13-14

The Lord says: "These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship of me is made up only of rules taught by men.
Therefore once more I will astound these people with wonder upon wonder; the wisdom of the wise will perish, the intelligence of the intelligent will vanish."
