요한일서 1:1-4
1 태초부터 있는 생명의 말씀에 관하여는 우리가 들은 바요 눈으로 본 바요 자세히 보고 우리의 손으로 만진 바라
2 이 생명이 나타내신 바 된지라 이 영원한 생명을 우리가 보았고 증언하여 너희에게 전하노니 이는 아버지와 함께 계시다가 우리에게 나타내신 바 된 이시니라
3 우리가 보고 들은 바를 너희에게도 전함은 너희로 우리와 사귐이 있게 하려 함이니 우리의 사귐은 아버지와 그의 아들 예수 그리스도와 더불어 누림이라
4 우리가 이것을 씀은 우리의 기쁨이 충만하게 하려 함이라

1 John 1:1-4
1  That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we looked upon and have touched with our hands, concerning the word of life—
2  the life was made manifest, and we have seen it, and testify to it and proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and was made manifest to us—
3  that which we have seen and heard we proclaim also to you, so that you too may have fellowship with us; and indeed our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ. 
4  And we are writing these things so that our joy may be complete. 

요한일서 4:15-16
15 누구든지 예수를 하나님의 아들이라 시인하면 하나님이 그의 안에 거하시고 그도 하나님 안에 거하느니라
16 하나님이 우리를 사랑하시는 사랑을 우리가 알고 믿었노니 하나님은 사랑이시라 사랑 안에 거하는 자는 하나님 안에 거하고 하나님도 그의 안에 거하시느니라

1 John 4:15-16
15  Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. 
16  So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. 

요한일서 3:24
24 그의 계명을 지키는 자는 주 안에 거하고 주는 그의 안에 거하시나니 우리에게 주신 성령으로 말미암아 그가 우리 안에 거하시는 줄을 우리가 아느니라

1 John 3:24
24 Whoever keeps his commandments abides in God, and God in him. And by this we know that he abides in us, by the Spirit whom he has given us.
