히12:18-24
18 너희는 만질 수 있고 불이 붙는 산과 침침함과 흑암과 폭풍과
19 나팔 소리와 말하는 소리가 있는 곳에 이른 것이 아니라 그 소리를 듣는 자들은 더 말씀하지 아니하시기를 구하였으니
20 이는 짐승이라도 그 산에 들어가면 돌로 침을 당하리라 하신 명령을 그들이 견디지 못함이라
21 그 보이는 바가 이렇듯 무섭기로 모세도 이르되 내가 심히 두렵고 떨린다 하였느니라
22 그러나 너희가 이른 곳은 시온 산과 살아 계신 하나님의 도성인 하늘의 예루살렘과 천만 천사와
23 하늘에 기록된 장자들의 모임과 교회와 만민의 심판자이신 하나님과 및 온전하게 된 의인의 영들과
24 새 언약의 중보자이신 예수와 및 아벨의 피보다 더 나은 것을 말하는 뿌린 피니라
18 For you have not come to what may be touched, a blazing fire and darkness and gloom and a tempest 19 and the sound of a trumpet and a voice whose words made the hearers beg that no further messages be spoken to them. 20 For they could not endure the order that was given, “If even a beast touches the mountain, it shall be stoned.” 21 Indeed, so terrifying was the sight that Moses said, “I tremble with fear.” 22 But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to innumerable angels in festal gathering, 23 and to the assembly[a] of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, and to God, the judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, 24 and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.

출19:10-16
10 여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 너는 백성에게로 가서 오늘과 내일 그들을 성결하게 하며 그들에게 옷을 빨게 하고
11 준비하게 하여 셋째 날을 기다리게 하라 이는 셋째 날에 나 여호와가 온 백성의 목전에서 시내 산에 강림할 것임이니
12 너는 백성을 위하여 주위에 경계를 정하고 이르기를 너희는 삼가 산에 오르거나 그 경계를 침범하지 말지니 산을 침범하는 자는 반드시 죽임을 당할 것이라
13 그런 자에게는 손을 대지 말고 돌로 쳐죽이거나 화살로 쏘아 죽여야 하리니 짐승이나 사람을 막론하고 살아남지 못하리라 하고 나팔을 길게 불거든 산 앞에 이를 것이니라 하라
14 모세가 산에서 내려와 백성에게 이르러 백성을 성결하게 하니 그들이 자기 옷을 빨더라
15 모세가 백성에게 이르되 준비하여 셋째 날을 기다리고 여인을 가까이 하지 말라 하니라
16 셋째 날 아침에 우레와 번개와 빽빽한 구름이 산 위에 있고 나팔 소리가 매우 크게 들리니 진중에 있는 모든 백성이 다 떨더라
10 the Lord said to Moses, “Go to the people and consecrate them today and tomorrow, and let them wash their garments 11 and be ready for the third day. For on the third day the Lord will come down on Mount Sinai in the sight of all the people. 12 And you shall set limits for the people all around, saying, ‘Take care not to go up into the mountain or touch the edge of it. Whoever touches the mountain shall be put to death. 13 No hand shall touch him, but he shall be stoned or shot;[a] whether beast or man, he shall not live.’ When the trumpet sounds a long blast, they shall come up to the mountain.” 14 So Moses went down from the mountain to the people and consecrated the people; and they washed their garments. 15 And he said to the people, “Be ready for the third day; do not go near a woman.”
16 On the morning of the third day there were thunders and lightnings and a thick cloud on the mountain and a very loud trumpet blast, so that all the people in the camp trembled.

계22:14-15
14 자기 두루마기를 빠는 자들은 복이 있으니 이는 그들이 생명나무에 나아가며 문들을 통하여 성에 들어갈 권세를 받으려 함이로다
15 개들과 점술가들과 음행하는 자들과 살인자들과 우상 숭배자들과 및 거짓말을 좋아하며 지어내는 자는 다 성 밖에 있으리라
14 Blessed are those who wash their robes,[a] so that they may have the right to the tree of life and that they may enter the city by the gates. 15 Outside are the dogs and sorcerers and the sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.
