I Betrayed God, But I Was Forgiven!

When I was little, my dad threatened to kill me if I didn't stop going to a church, which was a heretical group.

Because I was afraid of death, I betrayed God. The guilt and resentment resulting from this lasted my entire life. 

After I became a social worker and saw children in truly unfortunate circumstances, my resentment towards God grew bigger. 

When I was in this state, God came to me.

And when I found out why He hadn't rescued me from that moment in my childhood, I wept because I realized God's true heart for me.
